These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of visa consulting services provided by Innoviqx SpA.

Consulting services do not guarantee the approval of visa applications. Final decisions are made by the corresponding consular authorities.
Consulting Services Only
Innoviqx SpA provides consulting and advisory services. We are not a government agency nor do we have affiliation with embassies or consulates.
Client Documentation
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete documentation. False or inaccurate documents may result in application rejection.
Innoviqx SpA provides consulting and advisory services for obtaining visas. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application, as final decisions are made by the corresponding consular authorities.
The client must provide accurate and complete information, follow our recommendations, and comply with all requirements established by consular authorities.
Our responsibility is limited to providing professional consulting services. We are not responsible for consular authorities' decisions, changes in regulations, or consequences derived from application rejections.
Fees for our services are established according to the type of consulting required. Payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except in specific cases agreed upon in writing.
We maintain strict confidentiality about all information provided by our clients and do not share it with third parties without express authorization.
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.

The results of our consulting services may vary according to each individual case and the changing policies of destination countries.
